Head IT Infrastructure and Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Oversee data center operations, including server maintenance, network infrastructure management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT infrastructure performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Job Requirements :

• 25-30 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management or related field.
• Strong expertise in data center operations, data center management, network infrastructure management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT infrastructures with multiple vendors (HPE/Cisco/Dell).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
