Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sous Chef atau Head Kitchen di restoran multi-outlet.
Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi food safety, HACCP, sertifikasi chef profesional (misal: SKKNI Koki, atau dari lembaga nasional)
Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
Menguasai teknik memasak (grill, boiling, steaming, dll.) dan Plating.
Menguasai perhitungan COGS.
