About the role

Manage daily kitchen operations, lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensure food quality and consistency, oversee kitchen SOP implementation, control stock and ingredient usage, manage food cost and waste, and conduct training and team development.

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education, preferably with culinary background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen operations
• Experience as Head Kitchen, Kitchen Leader, Sous Chef, or equivalent position
• Ability to lead and manage kitchen team
• Understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Understanding of food cost, inventory, stock control, and waste management
• Good problem-solving ability
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; willing to be placed and reside in Kiliran Jao, West Sumatra
