Head KOL and Affiliate

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and day-to-day communication with high-profile creators/KOLs.
• Act as the main point of contact for key creators.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
• Lead campaign execution from briefing, negotiation, and coordination to completion.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
• Lead and manage the KOL team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor creator and campaign performance and provide regular evaluations.
• Identify potential creators and opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Agency.
• Proven experience managing large-scale/high-profile creators.
• Strong creator network and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends.
