Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leadership development programs for senior leaders, middle managers, and high potentials.
• Design and deliver training sessions on communication skills, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring, presentation skills, problem-solving, decision making, change management, time management, team building, customer service orientation etc.
• Conduct assessment centers to identify key competencies required by the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop succession plans for critical roles within the organization.
• Provide guidance on career development strategies to employees at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-30 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field (L&D).
• Proven expertise in areas such as LMS implementation, Talent Development initiatives Capability Building programs HR Strategy Succession Planning Academic Operations Career Development.
