What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to drive business outcomes in the manufacturing industry.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across various functions.
- Conduct competency mapping, skill gap analysis, and succession planning to identify talent gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design OD interventions that align with organizational goals.
Job Requirements :
- 12-22 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field (L&D).
- Strong understanding of competency development, skill gap analysis, TNA (Training Need Analysis), and succession planning.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
