Head Machine Operator / CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator

POSITION & DUTIES

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Company's CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine and supporting steel fabrication equipment.

Main responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring the CNC Laser Cutting Machine.
• Reading technical drawings, dimensions, cutting layouts and CNC files.
• Preparing materials and setting machine parameters according to production requirements.
• Checking cutting accuracy, quality and finished products.
• Performing routine machine cleaning and operator-level maintenance.
• Reporting machine faults, damage or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Supporting the operation of Shearing Machine, Press Brake/Bending Machine, Welding Equipment and other fabrication machinery, where required and where properly trained/authorized.
• Supervising and guiding machine operators and workshop helpers assigned to the team.
• Coordinating daily production activities and ensuring assigned production targets are achieved.
• Minimizing material wastage and maintaining proper material handling.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe working area.
• Following all Company safety, quality and production procedures.
• Performing other reasonable duties related to steel fabrication as assigned by Management.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
