- Min S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro/Mekatronik
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama (diutamakan industri manufaktur plastik/roof/aluminium/ paper/ synthetic leather)
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dan efektif
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
- Menguasai sistem PLC, Hidrolis, Pneumatic
- Menguasai sistem manajamen maintenance
- Terbiasa bekerja sesuai target
- Penempatan Kab. Mojokerto, Jawa Timur
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan analisa kebutuhan dan penetapan standar dan sistem maintenance.
- Memahami proses terkait elektrik, hidrolis, material seal, PLC
- Melakukan analisa permintaan improvement, desain, dan BOM.
- Memeriksa dan menyetujui jadwal dan mengontrol pelaksanaan predictive, preventive, dan corrective maintenance.
- Membuat budget dan mengevaluasi maintenance performance.
- Menyusun rencana dan melaksanaan pembinaan karyawan untuk meningkatkan skill, kompetensi, dan disiplin.
