Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to drive operational excellence.
• Manage endtoend recruitment for mid to senior roles.
• Drive workforce planning, talent pipeline building, and succession planning.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Implement engagement strategies to improve culture and retention.
• Lead appraisal processes.
• Ensure objective KPI-based evaluation and performance improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and implement L&D programs.
• Promote leadership and behavioral capability development.
• Formulate and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage contract labour compliance, vendor compliance, and related documentation.
• Advise management on labour law updates and their business implications.
• Utilize Spine HR or SAP operations, payroll input, and data management.
• Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven insights for leadership.
