Head – Manufacturing Operations

Earth Stone Global is looking for an experienced Head – Manufacturing Operations to take leadership of our manufacturing and factory operations.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on manufacturing leader with extensive experience in production planning, workforce management, process improvement, quality control, cost optimization, and large-scale factory operations.

The position requires someone capable of improving productivity while maintaining strict standards for quality, cost, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete manufacturing and factory operations.
• Plan production schedules, capacity, and targets to ensure timely execution.
• Manage production managers, supervisors, artisans, operators, and factory workforce.
• Improve productivity, capacity utilization, and overall process efficiency.
• Maintain strict product quality and finishing standards.
• Identify and reduce material wastage and manufacturing costs.
• Oversee raw materials, inventory, machinery, and maintenance requirements.
• Establish and implement manufacturing SOPs and operational controls.
• Ensure adherence to factory safety standards and workplace discipline.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, packing, dispatch, and management.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong experience managing factory and manufacturing operations.
• Proven workforce and team-management capabilities.
• Strong production planning and process-optimization skills.
• Experience in productivity improvement and waste reduction.
• Strong knowledge of quality and manufacturing cost control.
• Experience managing machinery, inventory, and production resources.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach to factory operations.
• Experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Natural Stone, Handicrafts, Home Décor, Furniture, Building Materials, Architectural Products, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

Competitive salary based on manufacturing experience, operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and previous responsibilities.
