- Supervise and guide mechanics
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles/equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure safety and quality standards
- Keep maintenance records and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Head or Senior Mechanic
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and supervisory ability
- Experience with trucks or heavy equipment preferred
