About the role
The Head Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The role provides leadership and guidance to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing activities, patient care, and staff assignments
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols
- Monitor the quality and continuity of patient care
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor nursing documentation and reports
- Assist in the training and orientation of nursing staff
- Address patient care concerns and nursing-related issues
About you
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- At least 3 years of hospital nursing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Patient-centered and professional
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
