Head of Administration & Human Resources

We are hiring for a manpower solutions provider.

We are looking for a senior HR leader to manage group-wide HR and administration across multiple legal entities, covering workforce planning, recruitment, mobilisation, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR & Administration across group companies.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, mobilisation and employee lifecycle.
• Oversee employee relations, performance, renewals, payroll inputs and exits.
• Manage PRO services, government relations and HR compliance.
• Coordinate workforce readiness with project and site teams.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of HR & Administration experience.
• Strong experience in multi-entity HR leadership and workforce planning.
• Experience managing blue-collar workforce operations and mobilisation.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour regulations, PRO and government processes.
