Head Of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

• Perform any other responsibilities related to the nature of the department's work or as assigned by the Director of the Labor Market Information Department.
• Manage partnerships with AI technology providers and research institutions.
• Prepare and contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan proposal, as well as prepare and monitor operational plans to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the ministry.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the availability, integrity, and quality of data required for AI models.
• Monitor performance indicators periodically, prepare departmental progress reports, and submit them to the department director.
• Participate in the preparation of the department's budget in coordination with relevant units within the organization.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of AI use cases, solutions, and data analytics tools.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand AI and analytics capabilities across the ministry.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services according to the highest standards.
• Provide necessary support to the department director and perform other assigned tasks.
• Provide technical expertise and support for AI and analytics initiatives.
• Support the ministry's digital business development sector through continuous data reviews and recommendations that contribute to the sustainability, accuracy, and reliability of data, including proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis of anticipated risks from stakeholders.
• Feed digital systems with relevant data and utilize data effectively across related services.
• Ensure the ethical use of artificial intelligence technologies in accordance with applicable regulatory policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling solutions to support decision-making and process automation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and analytics tools.
• Establish programs that promote continuous learning, professional development, training, and motivation of work teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Establish principles and controls for managing and directing operations while continuously improving productivity.
