🎯 What you'll be doing

🧭 As Head of AI

• Own Movify's AI strategy and roadmap alongside the leadership team, across clients and industries.
• Build and scale our AI practice: define the service offering, positioning and go-to-market, building on Movify's strengths in digital products, UX and engineering.
• Drive business growth for the practice: lead pre-sales, shape proposals, and own key client relationships and commercial targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI team: define the profiles we need, lead hiring, and design clear growth paths for AI consultants.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and cloud ecosystems.
• Be Movify's AI voice in the market: speak at events, host roundtables, publish insights and position Movify as a reference for pragmatic, responsible AI.
• Grow AI maturity across Movify: run the AI community, set standards and best practices, and mentor consultants moving into AI-centric roles.

🤝 As a senior advisor to our clients

• Advise C-level and senior stakeholders on their AI strategy, from vision and opportunity mapping to prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Frame high-impact AI initiatives, assess feasibility and value, and steer their delivery with business, product, data and engineering teams.
• Lead discovery phases and executive workshops to align stakeholders around AI-driven solutions.
• Help organisations put AI governance in place: responsible AI, risk management, explainability and EU AI Act readiness.
• Guide the change management needed to embed AI in ways of working, tooling and culture.

🧠 Skills & qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI, data or digital product roles, with real leadership experience: leading a team, a practice or large-scale AI initiatives (practice lead, head of data/AI, principal consultant…).
• A proven track record of selling, shaping and delivering AI programmes that created measurable business value.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies (ML, GenAI, agentic AI), the tooling and the major cloud ecosystems, with enough hands-on background to be credible with technical teams.
• Experience building and leading teams, and attracting top talent.
• Credibility with executives: you can shape a vision, challenge a roadmap and translate complex AI topics into business decisions.
• Strong product thinking and a user-centric mindset.
• An entrepreneurial spirit: you've built something from the ground up, or you're eager to.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional command of English.
