Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest-growing D2C subscription challenger brands in the UK. The business has grown over 200% year-on-year, now turns over £20m+ annually, and has a clear plan to reach £100m by 2030.

This brand has built a loyal, engaged community - but revenue has grown faster than the brand itself, and they're now looking for their first-ever Head of Brand to help the brand catch up to the scale of the business.

The role:

This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand identity of a genuinely fast-growing challenger business, championing an outdoorsy, active lifestyle positioning through festivals, partnerships, podcasts and events.

You'll be responsible for bringing the brand to life across every touchpoint - living and breathing what the business stands for, finding new ways to reach new audiences beyond the current customer base. Brand has never mattered more to this business, and you'll play a central role in shaping where it goes next.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️ Proven background building or growing a lifestyle, outdoors, or active brand (think Peloton-style community-led brands)

⭐️ Strong experience in community building and authentic storytelling - this role is about substance and connection, not visual identity or colour palettes

⭐️ Experience running events and partnerships that build genuine brand affinity and reach new audiences

⭐️ Comfortable working in a fast-scaling, remote-first D2C business
