Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s business development strategy.
• Identify new markets, industries, clients and revenue opportunities.
• Lead the business development and sales team.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, technology providers and business partners.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Drive enterprise sales and large-scale business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies, targets and performance KPIs.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with management to develop new products and business models.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts and management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in B2B / enterprise sales.
• Strong network among corporate, HR, technology or business communities.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, HR Tech, IT or digital transformation is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue-growth experience.
