Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Growth Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify new markets, products, and services to expand business portfolio. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Partnership & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Negotiate high-value contracts and strategic alliances. Revenue & Performance Management Set and achieve revenue targets for the business development team. Track and report on business development KPIs to senior management. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to achieve objectives. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and innovation. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks. Provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management or a related field.
