Head of Commercial

About the role

MHDC Group is looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the Commercial function and drive sustainable business growth across the clinic network. This role will oversee Sales, Marketing, and CRM, with a focus on growing revenue, acquiring new customers, strengthening the brand, and improving customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue and business growth
• Lead Sales, Marketing, and CRM initiatives across the clinic network
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs
• Identify market, customer, and business growth opportunities
• Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing, with leadership experience
• Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in dental, aesthetic, retail, or multi-branch service businesses is preferred
• Master's/MBA is a plus
