HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION UNIT

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years' relevant professional experience in construction project management, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Must possess a relevant professional certification in construction, engineering, or project management from a recognised professional body.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects and residential property developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, project planning, quality assurance, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant construction tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent budget management, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental compliance, and professional standards.
