Head of Corporate Communications

The Role

You will lead the organisation's external communications agenda, working closely with senior leadership to deliver an integrated communications strategy aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate PR and communications strategies.
• Lead media relations, corporate storytelling, executive profiling and thought leadership.
• Manage corporate reputation, crisis communications and sensitive issues.
• Partner with senior executives on leadership messaging, speeches, interviews and strategic announcements.
• Drive internal communications, including town halls, employee engagement campaigns, leadership updates and digital channels.
• Support employer branding, organisational change and culture initiatives.
• Lead communications teams, external agencies and key stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.

What We're Looking For:

• 10–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or corporate affairs.
• Proven experience across both external PR/media relations and internal communications .
• Strong track record advising senior executives and managing corporate reputation.
• Experience delivering crisis communications, executive positioning and employee engagement programmes.
• Strong UAE/Middle East media knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and leadership capabilities.
