Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Global Client Division, defining its strategic direction, governance framework, operating model, and organizational structure.
• Drive the development and expansion of institutional client relationships across APAC, with additional focus on selected clients in Europe and the MENA region.
• Lead institutional client acquisition efforts, foster cross-border business opportunities, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Oversee firm-wide coverage of key strategic clients and partners, identifying and executing cross-selling initiatives across Equities, Fixed Income, and Investment Banking platforms.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Partner closely with Equity Sales, Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance, Investment Banking, and Bond Trading teams to maximize client engagement and cross-platform business opportunities.
• Ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and operational controls in line with Hong Kong SFC requirements and internal policies.
• Act as a senior representative of the firm, strengthening relationships with institutional clients, strategic partners, and other key external stakeholders.

理想的求职者

The successful candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 15 years' experience within institutional sales, global markets, securities, investment banking, or related financial services sectors.
• A demonstrated track record of building, growing, or transforming institutional client franchises and successfully leading high-performing teams.
• Extensive institutional client networks across APAC; exposure to Europe and/or the MENA region would be highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in capital markets, including equities, fixed income products, and financing solutions.
• Proven success in cross-border business development and managing senior-level institutional client relationships.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple products, functions, and business units to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, leadership capability, and executive presence.
• A solid understanding of Hong Kong's regulatory environment, including SFC rules and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin would be a distinct advantage..
