Head of Data, Analytics & MarTech

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Data, Analytics & Marketing Technology to lead the development of our data, analytics, and martech capabilities as we grow our online business.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a formative stage and shape how data is used across the organisation. You'll be responsible for building the foundations that enable smarter decisions, deeper customer insights, marketing effectiveness, operational excellence, and future AI adoption. Working closely with the Director of Technology and senior leadership team, you'll help position data as a true competitive advantage for the business.

About The Role As Head of Data, Analytics & Marketing Technology , you'll own the data strategy and roadmap for our online business, ensuring data is structured, governed, and leveraged to drive business growth.

You Will

• Develop and execute the Data, Analytics, and Martech strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Establish scalable data architecture, governance, and integration capabilities across platforms and partners.
• Build reporting and insight capabilities covering marketing, customer, product, financial, operational, and compliance performance.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimisation of best-in-class marketing technology solutions.
• Drive organisational readiness for advanced analytics, automation, and responsible AI adoption.

This is a strategic leadership role with the opportunity to directly influence how data shapes the future of our online business.

About You You're an experienced data and analytics leader who combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen.

You'll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in data, analytics, insights, or marketing technology functions.
• Experience designing and implementing data and analytics platforms within digital or online businesses.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience selecting and implementing martech platforms and technology solutions.
• The ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes and strategic decisions.

You'll be comfortable operating in a scale-up environment, able to balance strategy with execution, and excited by the opportunity to build capability from the ground up.
