Location: Zurich / Remote

Compensation: Competitive salary + equity

We are working with a fast growing digital health business that is building a premium, digital first healthcare experience across multiple brands.

They are looking for a Head of Design to take ownership of how the brands look and feel across every customer touchpoint, from websites and product experiences through to campaigns, email, packaging and physical materials.

This is a highly hands on role for someone with strong creative judgement who can both set the direction and execute.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the existing brand identity and develop it across multiple brands

• Create a consistent visual language across digital and physical touchpoints

• Design and ship high quality landing pages, campaigns, advertising, emails, packaging and marketing assets

• Build scalable design systems, templates and guidelines that allow a small team to move quickly

• Work closely with product and engineering to improve customer journeys and digital experiences

• Art direct photographers, illustrators, motion designers and external creative partners where required

• Use customer behaviour and commercial performance to inform design decisions and improve conversion

• Raise the overall creative bar and establish what great looks like across the business

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience across brand and digital design

• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience elevating brands and creating high quality digital work

• Excellent knowledge of Figma and modern design systems

• Exceptional visual judgement across typography, composition, colour, imagery and layout

• Someone who is highly hands on and comfortable taking work from an initial brief through to finished execution

• Strong understanding that design needs to drive both brand and commercial outcomes

• Experience building design systems that can be used across multiple teams or brands

• High agency, strong attention to detail and the ability to operate independently

• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment

• Strong communication skills and a low ego approach to collaboration

• Comfortable using modern AI and LLM tools to accelerate the creative process without compromising quality

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple brands or sub brands

• Experience in health, wellness, consumer or other trust sensitive sectors

• Motion, animation or 3D experience

• Experience working with physical packaging or offline brand experiences
