What they need
D2C E-Commerce Head
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented D2C E-Commerce Head to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify, performance marketing, e-commerce operations, analytics, CRO, and P&L management, preferably in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the overall D2C growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.
* Own end-to-end Shopify website performance, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, UX, conversion, and customer journey.
* Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin.
* Drive conversion and revenue growth through CRO, A/B testing, campaigns, offers, product launches
