Head of Electronics R&D and Hardware Engineering

Lead the Hardware Development & Product Engineering team responsible for electronic product design, PCB development, hardware validation, and product industrialization. The role requires strong expertise in electronics hardware development, product design lifecycle management, engineering leadership, and cross-functional project execution to support customer and business requirements.

Strong Hardware/Electronics Background

• Extensive experience in electronics hardware development and product design.
• Strong understanding of the electronic product development lifecycle, from concept, schematic design, PCB design, prototyping, validation, testing, and mass production.
• Hands-on experience with analog and digital circuit design, component selection, troubleshooting, and design validation.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of PCB design and hardware architecture.
• Experience leading hardware development projects for industrial, automotive, consumer, or electronics products.
• Familiarity with test system development, electronic measurement equipment, and manufacturing support.
• Ability to review and approve hardware designs, schematics, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

Leadership & Project Management

• Proven experience leading engineering or hardware development teams.
• Drive product development activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, production, quality, and commercial teams throughout the product development process.
