Head of Embodied AI, Data Foundry

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Embodied AI Data Foundry to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a operationally complex logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and initial pilot projects with AI and robotics firms
• Define and build the product roadmap for high-quality data capture programs
• Establish and manage the data capture operation in warehouse settings
• Hire and lead a senior technical team, guiding them on product quality and systems
• Collaborate across functions to deliver datasets that meet customer specifications

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end data operations within robotics, AI, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and make architecture decisions
• Experience commercializing data products for robotics or AI companies
• Strong understanding of the full data lifecycle from capture to delivery
• Ability to navigate both strategic and operational tasks effectively
• Deep knowledge of the physical AI landscape and data needs for training models
