Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams and engineering managers.
• Drive technical strategy, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Own end-to-end product delivery and engineering execution.
• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native, and microservices-based applications.
• Lead architecture reviews, platform modernization, and cloud adoption.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and engineering governance.
• Mentor engineering leaders and build a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Oracle, SQL Server
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk
• Security: Secure SDLC, OWASP, OAuth2, JWT, IAM
• AI Technologies: Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, GitHub Copilot, Cursor Ai

Preferred Qualifications

• 11+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams or engineering managers.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps.
• Proven success delivering large-scale engineering programs in Agile environments.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 per year
