About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Engineering & Infrastructure to lead engineering strategy, operational reliability, asset performance, and infrastructure improvement across a complex, multi-site industrial organisation.

This senior leadership position combines strategic engineering oversight with operational excellence, capital investment planning, and organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy across multiple industrial facilities and infrastructure assets.
• Oversee engineering reliability, maintenance standards, and asset performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage engineering-related CAPEX and OPEX responsibilities.
• Develop consistent engineering standards, processes, and governance.
• Support infrastructure planning and long-term asset investment strategies.
• Lead central engineering and continuous improvement functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary and matrix teams.
• Promote a safety-first culture and mentor engineering leaders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven senior engineering leadership experience within a complex, asset-intensive environment.
• Strong electrical and/or multidisciplinary engineering expertise .
• Experience managing engineering functions across multiple operational sites.
• Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability, asset performance, and engineering standards.
• Significant experience managing capital and operational expenditure.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organisational transformation capabilities.
• Experience influencing teams and stakeholders within matrix organisations.

Preferred Qualifications
