About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead the renovation project for FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the renovation, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards and within the specified timelines.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive renovation plans and schedules.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
3. Monitor and manage the renovation budget, ensuring effective cost control measures are in place.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement appropriate contingency plans.
5. Ensure all renovation work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS standards.
6. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
7. Mentor and lead a team of engineering professionals to achieve project goals.

What We're Looking For

1. 8+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a strong track record of successfully managing renovation projects.
2. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to develop and implement detailed renovation plans.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
6. Passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
