Head of FP&A

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

Lead the annual operating plan and rolling forecast process across the business.

2. Business Performance & Management Reporting

Own the monthly reporting cycle and ensure leadership has a clear, timely view of business performance.

3. Business Partnering & Decision Support

Act as the finance partner to business teams, bringing financial rigour into commercial decisions.

4. Systems, Process & Controls

Continuously improve the planning and reporting infrastructure across the business.

Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts and rolling forecasts across • business units.

• Partner with business heads to build category and channel-level budgets, revenue and cost plans.
• Track budget vs. actual performance and flag variances with clear root-cause analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS, board decks and management reporting packs with commentary.
• Build and maintain dashboards for revenue, margin, opex and working capital.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support pricing, investment and cost decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Manufacturing and Operations to provide financial insight into product, channel and account performance.
• Support CAPEX evaluation, business cases and ROI analysis for new investments.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and working capital improvement.
• Improve planning tools, templates and reporting systems for speed and accuracy.
• Standardise forecasting methodology and reporting cadence across business units.
• Ensure data integrity between FP&A outputs and the finance ledger.
