We are strengthening our HR technology and analytics capabilities to meet that challenge.

Your mandate

Lead our HR Systems & Data function, shaping how we manage HR technology, govern workforce data, and turn information into business insights.

You will lead and develop a team, influence technology priorities, and build capabilities that support an increasingly complex international organization.

Who you'll work with

Work closely with HR leadership, HR Transformation, People Services, and IT, partnering with teams across the business and external technology providers to turn operational needs into effective solutions.

The outcomes you'll drive

• Build and develop a strong HR Systems & Data team, with the expertise and capabilities to support our growing international operations.

• Create a reliable, connected HR technology environment, making the most of SAP SuccessFactors and its integrations across HR processes.

• Give business and HR leaders a clearer picture of their workforce through consistent global reporting, executive dashboards, and meaningful people analytics.

• Strengthen confidence in workforce data through common standards, clear ownership, and effective governance across markets.

• Simplify how HR operates, reducing manual work, improving processes, and making technology easier and more effective to use.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience across HR systems, HR technology, people analytics, or data management, including team leadership.

• Strong understanding of enterprise HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

• Experience in people analytics, executive reporting, and data governance within a complex organization.

• The ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective technology and data solutions.

• A degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
