Head of Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and partner closely with CEO, C-Level executives, and Business Leaders.

Responsibilities
-Develop and drive HR Strategy, HR Master Plan, and OKRs aligned with business goals and organizational growth.

-Act as a Strategic HR Partner to the CEO, C-Level executives, and Business Unit leaders on people and organizational matters.

-Oversee all key HR functions, including HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HRD, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.

-Lead Organization Design, Workforce & Manpower Planning, Headcount, and People Cost Management to support business growth.

-Drive Performance, Talent & Succession Management, including Career Path,leadership development, and high-performer retention.

-Lead Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Culture, and Employee -Engagement to attract and retain high-quality talent.

-Enhance HR Processes, Policies, HRIS, People Analytics, HR Dashboards, and Automation to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

-Lead the HR team and Change Management initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields.

• 10+ years of HR experience, with proven experience in an HR leadership role such as Head of HR, Senior HR Manager, or equivalent.

• Strong experience across HR Strategy, HRBP, Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and People Analytics.

• Proven ability to partner and work effectively with CEO, C-Level executives, and Business Leaders.

• Strong Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Problem-Solving, and Stakeholder Management skills.

• Experience in HR Transformation, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR Automation is highly preferred.

• Ability to lead and develop HR teams in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Experience in Tech, Digital, Startup, or High-Growth organizations will be an advantage.
