Head of Infrastructure

Full Onsite | Day Shift | Pasig City

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction & Governance: Define long-term infrastructure, network, and cloud roadmaps; establish IT policies, standards, and budgets to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Operations & Infrastructure Management: Maintain 24/7 system availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and incident response across on-premise and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Team Leadership & Culture: Hire, mentor, and manage engineering teams with a focus on high discipline, accountability, quality documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Security & Risk Management: Partner with security teams to enforce controls, execute risk audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 10–12+ years in IT infrastructure/networking/cloud, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing complex migrations and large teams.
• Cloud & Virtualization: AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture and cost optimization; VMware/Hyper-V; Docker/Kubernetes; Terraform/Ansible automation.
• Networking & Security: Enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and core protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Frameworks: ITIL, High-Availability (HA) design, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Highly disciplined, strong stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders.
• Preferred Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, CCIE/CCNP, VCP/VCAP, ITIL, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
