Head of Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop a risk-based audit strategy, annual audit plans, and comprehensive audit frameworks.

·         Evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, operational processes, compliance adherence, and governance across diverse industries.

·         Provide actionable insights to senior management and ownership to strengthen internal control and reduce organizational risk.

·         Lead audit investigations, special reviews, and integrity assessments when needed.

·         Present audit findings to senior leadership and ownership with clarity, accuracy, and business impact.

Requirements

·         Minimum 15 years of progressive internal audit experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.

·         Experienced in multi-industry audit environments, include experienced in Big 4 consulting.

·         Strong knowledge of risk management, governance, compliance, and operational audit methodologies.

·         Professional certification preferred: CPA, CIA, CFE, or equivalent.

·         Excellent analytical thinking, business acumen, and integrity.

·         Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels—from field teams to Ownership.

·         Proven track record in leading complex audits and delivering actionable recommendations.

·         Willingness to travel for audit assignments across Indonesia.
