Key Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy. Align technical investments with business growth, ensuring all products (Recruitment, FinTech, and HCM) are scalable and market-competitive.
• Product Innovation & R&D: Drive the research and development of emerging technologies, such as AI/Machine Learning for talent matching and Blockchain for secure payroll and "Earned Wage Access" (EWA) systems.
• Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the high-level architecture of all platforms to ensure they are modular, secure, and capable of supporting a multi-country user base (Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.).
• Cybersecurity & Data Governance: Establish enterprise-grade security standards. Ensure the Group’s infrastructure meets international data privacy laws (PDPA, GDPR) and financial compliance requirements.
• Executive Leadership: Partner with the CEO, COO, and CMO to influence business strategy. Present technology status, risks, and ROI on tech initiatives to the Board of Directors.
• Engineering Culture: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, DevOps, and data scientists. Foster a "Product-First" culture that prioritizes user experience and rapid deployment.
• Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with key technology partners (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft, AWS, or Microsoft) to leverage ecosystem benefits for the company’s tech stack.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 9+ years in technology, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or VP-level role within a SaaS, FinTech, or HR Tech company.
• Proven Track Record: Experience scaling digital products from MVP to millions of users. Deep expertise in managing full-stack development and cloud-native environments.
• Technical Domain: Strong understanding of HCM systems, EWA platforms, and API integrations. Proficiency in data science/telemetry to drive product decisions.
• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance "scrappy" innovation with the robust governance required for a publicly-listed entity.
