Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure & Operations:

• Design, install, configure, and manage corporate network architecture (WAN, LAN, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls).
• Maintain maximum uptime and performance for all host servers and network systems across the organization.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Formulate and enforce information security policies, Firewall rules, and access controls.
• Deploy Cyber Security and AI Security measures, manage anti-virus systems, and secure HQ-to-branch connections.

Server & Storage Management:

• Administer On-Premises and Cloud server environments (IaaS, SaaS).
• Oversee Active Directory (AD), Databases, Single Sign-On (SSO), and internal/external Data Center infrastructure.

Hardware & Software Lifecycle Management:

• Track IT inventory and ensure software license compliance (Mail Exchange, Office 365, internal enterprise platforms).
• Supervise hardware setups and peripheral configurations (PCs, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Tablets, Projectors, Access Control, and AV Conference Rooms).

Backup & Disaster Recovery:

• Plan and execute data backup procedures using Veeam Backup and SQL tools.
• Manage data restoration processes and regularly conduct Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing.

Team & Service Desk Leadership:

• Direct and mentor Network, Security, and IT Service Desk teams to ensure strict SLA compliance and high user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Mandatory Certification: Must hold at least one active, valid professional Network Engineering certification (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, CCNA, JNCIA/JNCIP, or vendor-equivalent).
• Have experience in IT Infrastructure of at least 10 years.
• Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting complex network architecture, server systems (On-Premises & Cloud), and cybersecurity protocols.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, vendor management, and solid technical communication skills in English.
