Head of IT (Semiconductor/Power Electronics)

Job Summary
Lead and oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and OT systems across two manufacturing sites in Cavite and Laguna. Serve as the senior IT partner to site leadership, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services while aligning local operations with corporate IT strategy and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete IT environment across both manufacturing sites, including infrastructure, applications, network, MES, ERP, Warehouse, and OT systems.
• Partner with site leadership to translate business and manufacturing requirements into IT solutions and corporate technology initiatives.
• Lead and develop the site IT team, including staffing, performance management, and capability development.
• Ensure availability, security, and continuity of factory-critical systems and coordinate with corporate IT for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Manage IT service delivery, vendors, projects, budgets, procurement, and technology asset lifecycle.
• Govern IT change management to ensure safe and controlled implementation in production environments.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and audit-readiness initiatives.
• Monitor IT performance metrics and drive continuous improvement using operational data and business KPIs.
• Support site expansions, new production lines, relocations, and M&A integrations from an IT perspective.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity, SOX, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven IT leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, Warehouse systems, ERP, and OT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies, including Cisco, SD-WAN, NAC/802.1X, and network monitoring.
• Strong ITSM knowledge covering Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Proven experience in vendor, budget, project, and team management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from production teams to executive leadership.
• Willing to support after-hours/weekend maintenance activities as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MIT is an advantage.
• ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, Lean, Six Sigma, MES/test stations, and IT/OT integration.

Pay: Php250,000.00 - Php350,000.00 per month
