Head of ITBP

Description Techconnect.id is seeking an experienced Head of IT Business Partner (ITBP) is responsible for bridging business needs with effective and fit-for-purpose information technology solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to business units in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital initiatives. The ITBP ensures that all IT solutions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and overall business goals.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and the IT team.
• Identify technology requirements based on business processes and strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear and well-defined system requirements.
• Recommend effective, efficient, and value-driven IT solutions.
• Manage IT project priorities in alignment with business needs and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement digital solutions.
• Ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions in improving business performance.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with management.
• Recommend digital innovation initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 17+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology leadership.
• High profile on IT Business Impact and IT Roadmap from Business Point of View
• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Deep Knowledge on IT Business
• Strong background in project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT governance.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation.
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
