Head of Learning and Development

We are looking for an experienced Head of Learning & Development to join a leading organization in Qatar and lead the development and implementation of organization-wide learning and capability-building initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead L&D strategy, training needs analysis and capability-building programs.
• Develop customized learning pathways, leadership development and succession-related programs.
• Manage external training providers, professional certification and compliance training.
• Oversee digital learning/LMS, onboarding programs and training effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the L&D team.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field, with 10+ years of relevant L&D experience , including at least 2 years in a leadership role. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual)
