- Establish and govern the Academy operating model, including decision rights, roles, processes and governance cadence.
- Own curriculum lifecycle governance, including source validation, traceability, version control, change approvals and reuse across markets; lead Academy-wide quality transformation and continuous improvement.
- Own the strategic direction of AI and learning technology transformation, with appropriate validation, risk controls and measures of value.
- Lead significant budget, resource, programme and commercial management, balancing cost-effectiveness, delivery quality and risk while protecting MSX margin.
- Manage senior client relationships, providing credible strategic advice and constructive challenge while maintaining supplier–client boundaries and protecting MSX’s confidential information and commercial interests.
- Lead and develop the team and partners, strengthening strategic consulting, design expertise and the capability and maturity of the Learning & Development function.
About You
- 10+ years of senior Learning & Development experience, including ownership of strategy, roadmaps and function-level outcomes beyond instructional design.
- Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, evaluation, and blended and digital learning.
- Experience developing capability architecture, managing learning portfolios and establishing operating models, governance and quality systems.
- Strong financial and commercial skills, including significant budget and programme management, resource planning, cost control and supplier–client relationships.
- Experience using business and learning data to prioritise investment and leading learning technology or AI transformation with appropriate governance.
- Strong executive communication, consulting, negotiation and team-development skills, with the expertise and credibility to constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
