Head of Learning & Organizational Development

About the role

We're looking for a senior L&D leader to own the learning and organizational development agenda for a growing, multi-region workforce. You'll shape the strategy, build a strong team, and deliver programs that improve leadership capability and business results.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the learning and talent development strategy, aligned with business priorities
• Identify skill and leadership gaps through needs analysis, surveys, and business data
• Design and deliver blended programs, including instructor-led, e-learning, and micro-learning
• Build development pathways for managers, individual contributors, and senior leaders
• Lead OD initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness and address performance challenges
• Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to anticipate needs and stay close to the organization
• Measure program impact and continuously improve
• Manage the learning budget and lead a development team
• Integrate diversity and inclusion into learning solutions

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
• 15+ years in HR, including 10+ years leading L&D programs
• Proven experience in organizational development and managing teams, ideally in a multinational setting
• Hands-on experience with assessment tools (360, Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder); certification is an advantage
• Strong facilitation skills for audiences of all sizes and seniority levels
• Data-driven, consultative approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with learning platforms and e-learning authoring tools
• Excellent program management, communication, and relationship-building skills

Pay: Up to Php360,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Learning and Development: 10 years (Preferred)
• Global Exposure: 5 years (Preferred)
