About The Omelet
The Omelet Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok-based agency specializing in LINE ecosystem solutions, CRM, AI-powered automation, and web development, serving enterprise clients across energy, FMCG, financial services, and consumer electronics. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and build the demand generation engine that turns our brand credibility into a consistent, qualified pipeline for the sales team. The Omelet is also a part of Evolany Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of LINE Japan. See more https://www.marketingoops.com/news/biz-news/evolany-the-omelet/
Position Overview
As Head of Marketing, you will lead The Omelet's marketing strategy and demand generation program, reporting directly to the CEO. You will build and execute integrated marketing initiatives that convert our brand credibility into qualified, sales-ready pipeline, while also owning brand strategy, creative direction, and — as the function grows — the team and resources behind it. This is a hands-on leadership role: today it is a team of one, working closely with the CEO, Sales/Business Development, and our existing AI-assisted content and SEO workflow, with a clear mandate to build out the marketing function as the business scales.
What You'll Do
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute The Omelet's overall marketing strategy, with demand generation and sales pipeline growth as the primary mandate.
Build annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
Define target account lists and buyer personas for priority verticals (energy, FMCG, financial services, consumer electronics) together with sales leadership.
Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI.
2. Demand Generation & Pipeline
Build and run integrated demand gen campaigns — paid, organic, and account-based marketing (ABM) — that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Build landing pages, lead capture forms, and gated content (whitepapers, case studies, credential decks) that convert traffic into leads.
Plan and support lead-generating events, webinars, and trade show presence.
Report regularly on pipeline contribution — leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI — and partner with sales on account-based outreach and enablement materials.
3. Team & Resource Leadership
Lead and coordinate The Omelet's marketing resources — today this includes external freelancers/partners and our AI-assisted content and SEO workflow.
Set goals, priorities, and quality standards for all marketing work, whether produced in-house, by contractors, or by AI-assisted tools.
Build efficient marketing workflows and processes, and make the case for building out an internal team as the function scales.
4. Brand & Creative Leadership
Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects The Omelet's brand positioning as a trusted LINE ecosystem, CRM, and AI automation partner for enterprise clients.
Oversee brand strategy, creative direction, campaign development, social media strategy, website content, and marketing collateral (credential decks, case studies, one-pagers).
Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
5. Performance Marketing
Develop and manage paid media strategy (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads/SEM) targeted at enterprise decision-makers.
Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and increase lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance across channels and translate data into actionable recommendations.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the CEO, Sales/Business Development, and Delivery teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
Work with external PR/Agency partner companies to enhance the company's exposure in the market.
7. Analytics & Business Performance
Monitor and analyze key marketing and business metrics: revenue growth, marketing ROI, lead generation, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and brand awareness.
Use data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing performance and inform strategic decisions.
Summarize performance and recommendations in monthly management meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B marketing
Proven track record building and running demand generation / pipeline programs that deliver qualified leads to a sales team, with data to show for it.
Strong strategic and commercial mindset — able to translate business goals into marketing and demand gen plans.
Hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and marketing automation/CRM tools
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise/B2B accounts is a strong plus.
Knowledge and experience in LINE Official Account, LINE Business Manager, and LINE Developer Console is a big plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills — able to manage external contractors/agencies and mentor future team members.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and spoken English; fluent Thai.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: B2B technology/SaaS, digital or marketing agencies, or enterprise sales-cycle industries such as energy, FMCG, financial services, or consumer electronics.
Success in This Role
Growth in marketing-sourced pipeline value and revenue contribution.
Marketing ROI and cost per lead/opportunity.
Volume and quality of lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Brand awareness and campaign performance across channels.
Marketing efficiency and budget management.
Progress toward building out the marketing function and team.
Why Join The Omelet?
At The Omelet, marketing is a direct driver of business growth, not just a support function. As Head of Marketing, you'll work directly with the CEO, shape the strategy and identity of a fast-growing enterprise technology brand, and build the demand generation engine — and eventually the team — behind it from the ground up.
