About the Role The Catalyst Group is hiring a Head of Master’s Program on behalf of its client, Dream 3 , a leading education consultancy in Pakistan.



The Head of Master’s Program will lead Dream 3’s postgraduate admissions services, guiding students aspiring to pursue master’s degrees at leading international universities. The role requires a candidate who has completed a master’s degree from a reputable university in the US/UK and possesses a thorough understanding of the international admissions landscape . The ideal candidate will combine first-hand international education experience with strong leadership, research, and communication skills to help students make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Dream 3’s master’s admissions counselling services, ensuring high-quality guidance for students aspiring to study abroad.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on international postgraduate admissions, including university selection, programme requirements, application timelines, and eligibility criteria.
• Help students identify suitable universities and master’s programmes based on their academic backgrounds, career goals, and individual preferences.
• Develop a strong understanding of admissions processes across key study destinations, including the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other relevant international markets.
• Stay updated on university admissions policies, application deadlines, programme offerings, and changes in postgraduate entry requirements.
• Provide personalised counselling and mentorship to students throughout the application process, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective application management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience across any relevant industry, with experience in international education or postgraduate admissions considered an advantage.
• Master’s degree from a reputable international university is essential
• In-depth understanding of the complete international master’s admissions process, from university and programme selection to application submission and final admission decisions.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess university programmes, admissions criteria, and student profiles.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with exceptional communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a genuine interest in mentoring students and supporting their academic and career aspirations.
• A proactive, organised, and student-centric approach, with the ability to build trust and guide students through complex admissions decisions.
