Head of Operations & Scale

About the Role

A high-growth, tech-enabled business looking for a hands-on operations leader to build and scale our operational foundations. This is not a traditional COO role — we need someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, loves systems and data, and can turn chaos into process without slowing us down.

You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution across Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and other support functions. If you've scaled a startup or tech-driven business before and want to do it again, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute operational strategies that support rapid growth
• Build end-to-end processes, governance frameworks, and SOPs from scratch
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Success
• Drive productivity and cost efficiency using data, dashboards, and KPIs
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, expansion, and org development
• Identify operational risks and put controls in place before they become problems
• Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, speed, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in startup, scale-up, or high-growth business environments
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital tools, data systems, and automation
• Demonstrated ability to build operational structures, processes, and teams from the ground up
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Ideally 8–10 years of experience, with meaningful time in a scale-up or tech-driven company
