Position: Head of Operations

Role & responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Develop and strengthen operational processes to ensure smooth functioning across all Experience Centers.
• Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, and service standards to maintain consistency across locations.

Experience Centre Operations

• Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of all Experience Centers.
• Ensure every customer visiting the Experience Centre has a premium and seamless experience.
• Oversee showroom operations, facility upkeep, staffing, and customer engagement activities to maintain high operational standards.
• Track the performance of each Experience Centre and implement improvements to enhance productivity and business outcomes.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, logistics partners, and other service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to agreed service standards.

Inventory Management

• Manage inventory planning and stock availability across experience centers and warehouses.
• Ensure adequate stock levels to support business needs while minimizing excess inventory and stock losses.

Process Improvement

• Review existing operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements to enhance productivity.
• Drive the adoption of ERP systems and operational dashboards to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the successful launch of new Experience Centers and contribute to operational readiness for business expansion initiatives.
