Duties

• Lead and implement operational excellence initiatives across all departments to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals, including large-scale organizational change management.
• Oversee business development management efforts to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Manage operational budgets, forecast financial performance, and conduct profit and loss analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Drive process improvement projects by analyzing operational data and implementing best practices to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic management frameworks that support long-term growth objectives.
• Lead project management efforts for complex initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Supervise executive-level teams, fostering a high-performance culture through effective management, coaching, and leadership development.
• Communicate effectively with executives through verbal communication skills, providing insights on operational analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Manage business operations by establishing policies, procedures, and standards that promote operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational management with a strong track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management.
• Demonstrated success in business development management and strategic planning at an executive level.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and financial management.
• Skilled in project management methodologies with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for executive-level engagement and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making processes supported by analytical tools and metrics.
• Experience supervising senior leadership teams while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
