What We’re Looking For:

🔹 12+ years of manufacturing operations leadership, preferably in electronics or related industries.

🔹 Strong expertise in plant operations, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

🔹 Cross-functional experience across production, planning, supply chain, procurement, maintenance, tooling, and manufacturing engineering.

🔹 Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and equipment reliability.

🔹 Experience in NPI, capacity planning, and manufacturing scale-up.

🔹 Exposure to global organisations, ERP systems, budgeting, and cost optimisation.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s preferred.

🔹 Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Fluency in Tamil is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

🔹 Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational KPI performance.

🔹 Optimise production, costs, inventory, and equipment reliability.

🔹 Oversee NPI readiness, capacity planning, tooling, and manufacturing scale-up.

🔹 Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and global teams to achieve business goals.

🔹 Manage operational budgets and ensure EHS, quality, and regulatory compliance.

🔹 Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
