Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across manufacturing, installation, and service delivery. This role ensures efficient planning and execution of projects, optimizes processes, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and compliance for all parking systems. The Head of Operations will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer support, and manage vendor and contractor relationships to meet timelines and performance targets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring operational KPIs, managing budgets and resource allocation, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving escalated operational issues. The role also involves implementing best practices, supporting technology-driven automation, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, project execution, and service delivery oversight.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and making data-driven operational decisions.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
• Budgeting and financial management skills to plan, control, and optimize operational costs and resources.
• Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or urban mobility projects is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, ISO standards, and health and safety regulations is an advantage.
