Head of Pricing and Overseas Coordinator

Job responsibilities

• Supervise the Pricing & Overseas Coordination team, including daily work allocation and team performance.
• Analyze market trends, carrier rates, costs, and competitor pricing.
• Develop competitive pricing for ocean freight, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and other logistics services.
• Monitor quotations, profitability, and profit margins to meet company targets.
• Negotiate rates and service solutions with shipping lines, transport providers, overseas agents, and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and logistics partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to provide suitable solutions and resolve pricing or service issues.
• Manage nominated and FOB shipments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain carrier contracts, rates, and commercial agreements.
• Support the development of the overseas agent network and new business opportunities.
• Ensure pricing and commercial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
